The Mint 400’s Limited Race is ironically practically unlimited in terms of vehicle diversity compared to the main event. While this means fans are treated to a breadth of cars ranging from UTVs and buggies to military vehicles and Volkswagen Beetles, there are just too many on track at one time for the organizers’ comfort.
Hoping to rectify this, the Martelli Brothers announced Monday that the Limited Race’s course will be divided into two routes. One course will be contested by UTVs, Class 10s, and other certain classes. It is identical to the 2024 race layout and spans the full 95 miles (55 of which is unique to this track), crossing through the Shooting Range, Sand Whoops, Dog Leg, Beer Bottle Pass, and Nevada State Route 164.
The other is reserved for Classes 5-1600 and 11, HooptieX, Military, and Vintage categories. This will be 70 miles long, half exclusively for these classes, and running through Jean.
What course the remaining classes will take will be publicized later down the road.

All classes will still start as scheduled and on the same day: 8 AM on Friday, March 7, 2025. Everyone will go down the same course for the first 30 miles before deviating into their own routes.
The Unlimited Race will take place the following day on May 8.
