Besides upping the number of KTM 450 Rally Replicas they’ll sell in 2026, the Austrian manufacturer will debut the KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition. Only five of these will be produced, coming with various perks for buyers.
As the name and design indicate, the Sanders Edition is based on the KTM 450 Rally Factory that 2025 Dakar Rally winner and current World Rally-Raid Championship leader Daniel Sanders races. It comes with the same Red Bull KTM Factory Racing livery and decals on Sanders’ bike and even his #4 numberplate, the latter of which is autographed on the replica. Factory parts such as the brake discs, Hinson clutch cover, Akrapovič exhaust, hand guards, seat, and tank pads are included. The package also has both a racing rim set with Michelin tires and a street version with accompanying homologated tires.
Those who buy the Sanders Edition will also receive a signed jersey, an extra windshield with their name and race number affixed, and a VIP experience at the KTM Europe Adventure Rally in August. Sanders will personally hand over the five bikes to their new owners at the event before riding with them.
While the standard Rally Replica doesn’t have the same Red Bull branding and the like, it is still nearly identical to the Rally Factory. The current replica bike was introduced for the 2025 model year, featuring a new design that better resembles the factory motorcycle and a 450cc fuel-injected single overhead camshaft engine similar to what is used on KTM’s enduro and motocross bikes. It has a six-speed gearbox, two radiators, and a redesigned frame that uses a die-cast aluminum swing arm unlike the steel trellis frame of its predecessor.
The Rally Replica also features three fuel tanks (two at the front, one in the rear) carrying 34.5 liters in total, XACT Pro forks and adjustable shocks from WP Suspension, and a Progressive Handlebar Dampening System.
150 units of the Rally Replica will be available for 2026, an increase from 100 in 2025. The replica model is commonly used in Rally2, with Emanuel Gyenes winning the 2025 Dakar Rally’s Original by Motul subclass on one.
