For the Vegas to Reno in August, Best In The Desert and Pro Circuit Off Road have pooled together a $10,000 prize. All of it will go to the V2R’s overall bike winner.

“Mitch and I have been discussing this for weeks,” said BITD head Bryan Folks, referring to Pro Circuit owner Mitch Payton. “He was passionate about making it a winner-take-all format. In off-road desert racing, the overall winner earns the most glory, so why not also walk away with the biggest check?”

Pro Circuit is an aftermarket parts seller for motorcycles, quads, and UTVs. It was founded by Payton in 1978 to support Husqvarna riders before expanding to other manufacturers. The company’s racing division currently competes in AMA Supercross as the Monster Energy Kawasaki team, and has rostered riders like Ricky Carmichael and Jeremy McGrath.

The Pro Circuit Off Road desert racing program is led by Billy Fulmer and John Braasch. The two, along with Pro Circuit’s Bones Bacon, will be at the V2R to provide technical support for all bikes.

Preston Campbell and Justin Morgan won the 2024 race’s bike overall for JCR Honda.

The 2025 Vegas to Reno will take place on August 13–16.
