Khaled Al Feraihi will race a Toyota Hilux from SVR at the Qatar and Dubai International Bajas in November, which he plans to use to prep for a run at the 2026 Dakar Rally.

Al Feraihi previously planned to race Dakar in 2024 under his own team, but those plans didn’t come to fruition. Unlike the prototype Hilux T1+, he usually races T1-spec pickup trucks that he built himself in the Saudi Toyota Championship and Middle East Baja Cup.

He won the 2022 Saudi Toyota Championship in T1 followed by the overall in the 2023 Middle East Cup for Cross-Country Bajas. The Saudi driver has been competing in rallies since 2013.

SVR is long a client of Toyota Gazoo Racing and oversees TGR South Africa.

The Qatar International Baja is scheduled for November 6–8, followed by the Dubai International Baja on November 20–23. They are the final two rounds of the Middle East Baja Cup.
