After racing with Red-Lineds and Tauruses, DaklaPack Rallysport has developed its own T1+ car. Called the DKR EVO Ultimate, it comes in V6 Turbo and V8 models.

Both engines were sourced from Nissan, which the Red-Lined cars also utilize. The V6 has an 3.8-liter V6 turbocharged engine from a Nissan GT-R like the Red-Lined REVO+, itself the first T1+ vehicle developed by Red-Lined, while the V8 is a 5.6-liter VK56VD unit. The VK56 is used in the Red-Lined VK56 T1.1 car, which is part of DaklaPack’s roster. Both have a mid-engine design and are overseen by a Motec M1 Series system.

The other major difference between the two is that the V6 has 280 millimeters of suspension travel whereas the V8 has 350 mm. Otherwise, they’re virtually identical.

Both cars feature a SADEV SC924 six-speed sequential transmission with all-wheel drive, Reiger double wishbone front suspension and independent rear suspension with twin dampers, and water-cooled brake calipers from Powerbrake. Radiators are mounted on the front and rear for cooling.

The vehicle is built with an FIA-approved chromoly space frame and an all-carbon composite body. Internally, the driver can activate hydraulic jacks and a tire inflation system.

DaklaPack Rallysport is the official distributor for Red-Lined Motorsport in Spain and Portugal, and for the Taurus T3s in South Africa.
