The Federation Motorcycling of Ukraine proclaimed the SnowPOWER Trophy will be the “highest snowmobile competition in the country’s history”, quite literally too.
The SnowPOWER Trophy is a new mountain snowmobile racing championship that will take place in the Carpathians, the main mountain range of Ukraine. A release by the FMU promoted it as featuring “extreme descents, high-speed stages, and natural obstacles” for only the “most daring riders” to face. Hard Enduro Kolomyia 777, an enduro motorcycle club in the eponymous city, is backing the series.
It is part of the federation’s increasing efforts to promote winter motorsports. One such front is in cross-country racing, with the first round of the 2026 Ukrainian Cross-Country Championship taking place last weekend in Kirovograd; while it has rounds in other seasons too, the opener was held in snowy conditions.
“SnowPOWER Trophy 2026 is not just a competition,” reads an advertisement. “It is a challenge. It is power. It is a real winter storm in the heart of the Carpathians.”

EcoFlow, INEOS, and ZF Sprockets are among the series’ partners.
The first round is on February 28.
