The 2025 FIM Bajas World Cup will feature the same eight rounds as it has in previous years, though with some shuffling.

All but one round will be shared with an FIA Baja Cup; for example, the Saudi Baja kicks off the FIM Bajas World Cup as well as the FIA and Middle East Baja Cups. The Baja TT do Oeste, also known as the Baja Escuderia Castelo Branco, is the exception as it features on none of the three FIA Cup calendars but is instead part of the Portuguese Cross-Country Championship.

The Jordan Baja has also been moved from November and will be in April, bumping it up to the third race after previously being the penultimate leg. A two-month break follows before the final two races in the Middle East. Like Saudi Arabia and Jordan, the Qatar International Baja and Dubai International Baja are on the FIA World and Middle East Cups.

Mohammed Al-Balooshi will enter as the twice reigning champion on the 450cc bike side, while Hani Al-Noumesi does so for Quads. Other 2024 champions include Pedro Bianchi Prata (Veteran Trophy), Filip Grot (Junior Trophy), and Joanna Modrzewska (Women Trophy).
