The Legacy Racing Association will feature the same six events in 2026 as it usually does, albeit with some slight tweaks.

The only major change is that the Baja Nevada is back to its usual 650-mile distance with a point-to-point race open to all classes. For 2025, Legacy and VORRA partnered to expand the race into “Baja Nevada The Long Way”, making it the longest off-road race in the United States as it stretched 1,035 miles and 25 pits.

Otherwise, the schedule remains the same and each race retains its usual slot. For example, the Parker Dam 500 kicks off in February for all classes followed by Battleground in April for four-wheelers. The Dirt Rebelution will take place in August for bikes, quads, and UTVs.

Gold Rush, another joint race with VORRA, is scheduled for October with every vehicle invited. Finally, the season wraps up in December for cars, trucks, and UTVs at the Desert Showdown in Pahrump.

Parker (350 miles), Battleground, and the Dirt Rebelution (180 miles) will have loop formats while Baja Nevada, Gold Rush (350 miles), and the Desert Showdown (250 miles) are point-to-point events.

In September, the series will host its annual UTV Freedom Ride. It is a trail ride through Nevada that won’t count for points and is more designed to foster camaraderie.

The series posted the following on Friday:

Legacy Racing is proud to unveil its 2026 race schedule, featuring six unforgettable competitive events and one extraordinary Freedom Ride. With a lineup that celebrates tradition, embraces new challenges, and welcomes the next generation of racers, the 2026 season promises to deliver unmatched endurance racing experiences for all classes.
