FIM Europe’s Tout Terrain Rally Cup has come to an abrupt end for 2025. On Tuesday night, organizers of the season-ending Transnorte Rally Raid announced the race has been canceled because they were unable to secure the proper permits from local authoritites.
The Transnorte Rally was supposed to be the fourth and final round of 2025. Scheduled for December 2–7, it was to take place in the Portuguese municipality of Macedo de Cavaleiros.
Meletis Stamatis described the news as a “surprise statement”, and added the season “will end with three rallies and in [a] few days we will announce the venue of the annual ceremony.” Stamatis oversees the Hellas Rally Raid, which is the second round of the TTRC.
The Tout Terrain Rally Cup began in April with the Adventure Galicia, which was followed by the Hellas Rally in Greece a month later. The third and ultimately last race of the year was Romania’s RoRallyMarathon in July.
