Bryatt Fischer has joined Nacho Offroad Lighting, a subsidiary of ARB 4×4 Accessories, as the key account manager. His duties entail developing Nacho’s existing relationships with manufacturers and upfitters, as well as helping Nacho’s clients in fields like powersports.

“Bryatt’s comprehensive understanding of our target markets and proven track record of expanding brands into new channels are precisely what is required as we continue our growth trajectory,” Nacho’s marketing VP Brian Hosford stated. “We are confident he will achieve an immediate impact and enhance our relationships across all of our current and prospective customers.”

Fischer had been working as the VP of sales and marketing for SDR Motorsports since June 2025. Under his watch, SDR’s sales increased by 15% and event sales promotions went up by 40%.

Before SDR, he spent seven years at JL Audio in roles like marketing VP and director. He was also a creative manager for Rockford Fosgate for nine years and a product marketing manager at Garmin.

“Nacho has all the ingredients to win long-term in off-road lighting: serious performance, a product-first culture, and the kind of backing that helps partners scale with confidence,” Fischer offered. “My focus is simple: earn mindshare with our key accounts by making it easier to spec, sell, and support Nacho in the real world, through tighter dealer relationships, better enablement, and a strong feedback loop from the field into product and go-to-market. I’m excited to be part of Nacho’s growth and look forward to strengthening the company’s key account relationships.”
