The 2027 release of the KTM 450 Rally Replica is a bit different from previous years, replacing the base white livery with the company’s trademark orange. It will see a limited release of just over 100 units starting July.

With Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Luciano Benavides winning the Dakar Rally in January, KTM will also produce eight bikes themed after his ride. The same promotion was done when his teammate Daniel Sanders won Dakar last year.

“This factory-derived model has been made to satisfy budding rally raiders who want a competitive edge or for offroad motorcyclists eager to sample the engineering that swept to yet another overall victory this year in the world’s toughest race event,” proclaims KTM’s release.

“For half a decade the KTM 450 Rally Replica has been KTM’s pure expression of technical rally supremacy. The R&D for components, performance and settings have filtered directly from competition. This is a bike that has carried four different riders to the top of the Dakar podium since 2020 as well as figuring prominently at the peak of RallyGP. The KTM 450 Rally Replica is as close to a complete and race-ready article as it gets. The clue is in the name: ‘Replica’ says it all.”

Like with the 2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition, the 2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica Luciano Benavides Factory Edition features a livery based on its namesake’s KTM 450 Rally Factory. It also has several upgrades not available on the regular Rally Replica like factory parts made from carbon such as the brake discs and tank pads, the “LE” emblem on the frame, and a seat from Selle Dalla Valle.
