The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb will have four Ultra4 regulars taking part. Alongside the already-revealed Phillip McGilton, Loren Healy, and Paul Wolff, Casey Currie announced on Friday his own entry with his Trophy Jeep.

“I’m fired up for this opportunity and ready to take on the challenge of racing Pikes Peak for the first time. It’s an iconic event, and I can’t wait to see what the mountain has in store,” said Currie.

The current Trophy Jeep is a 2025 Jeep Gladiator that, as its name suggests, has been modified for desert competition akin to a Trophy Truck while still being capable of his Currie’s usual trade in rock crawling. Currie’s team has a long history of souping up vehicles for such versatility, and previous Trophy Jeeps have enjoyed successes that include three straight class victories at the Baja 1000 from 2017 to 2019.

It retired from this year’s Race of Kings, officially classified in 16th after completing two laps.

Besides racing the Jeeps, Currie is also a Polaris partner. He finished runner-up in Evolution Pro SxS Forced Induction at the Mexican 1000 earlier in May.

The Ultra4 quartet will be in the Exhibition category. June’s PPIHC will be the first with Ultra4 cars since 2011.
