In a break from recent years, the 2026 Rallye du Maroc will not be the final race of the World Rally-Raid Championship. Instead, it’s the penultimate round as the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge was moved from its usual February and March slot to November because of Ramadan.
The route will span 2,838 kilometers for FIA and 2,773 km for FIM in total. The former has a longer Stage 4 that bumps its Selective Section length to 1,656 km whereas the latter clocks in at 1,591 km.
The route predominantly consists of loops around Zagora, with four of them in total. The race will begin in Agadir with a Prologue for the FIM classes only before heading to Zagora the next day and staying there the rest of the event.
This will be the first RdM under Pro Dunes ownership. The new leadership, led by Marc Coma, has also introduced a new Rallye du Maroc Classic.
