The Crandon Vintage Revival & Reunion is one of the main features in the new Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run Speed Festival. As the name suggests, it is a celebration of short course’s history by bringing legendary machines of yore back to Crandon International Raceway.

Besides having them on display as part of a car show, they will also get to turn laps around the track in an exhibition. It will be the first time in Crandon’s history that vintage race cars are on the course. Other festivities include the Crandon Show and Shine for retro pavement vehicles as well as a barn dance and live music.

Off-road greats will also be invited as guests of honor.

“This is more than an event. It’s a homecoming 57 years in the making,” track promoter Marty Fiolka stated. “Crandon is where short-course off-road racing was born, and the Vintage Revival & Reunion is our way of honoring that legacy while bringing together the machines and people who helped build the sport into what it is today.”

While short course is the obvious focus, Crandon stressed that all old-school vehicles can participate regardless of discipline ws long as they have “competition heritage in any off-road race or competition.” This means motorcycles, quads, and sedans are also eligible.

The festival was revealed in March as an expansion of the usual Brush Run weekend. Also new for 2026 are the Thunder Valley UTV Rally, which will also have side-by-sides going around the track as well as a trail ride and other events, and the RallyX Americas season opener.

Championship Off-Road will host its usual points-paying events before the weekend concludes with the Pro 2 vs. Pro 4 race.

The festival is on June 20–21.
