Before NORRA’s Mexican 1000 formally kicks off with the first day of racing on May 2, the Stadium Super Trucks will host a demo the day before on Friday night. It will take place at the Riviera del Pacifico Cultural Center in Ensenada, where pre-race scrutineering is being held.

The demo will be at 7:30 PM local time.

Series head Robby Gordon is a NORRA regular and partner. Speed UTV often runs promotions for the UTV class, while his son Max has won the NORRA 500.

Due to Gordon’s focus on growing Speed, SST’s schedule has been greatly truncated in recent years. Since 2024, Long Beach has been the series’ only annual race weekend while Adelaide hosted an Australian return in 2024.

In 2025, Speed UTV opened its production facility in Ensenada. Although the company and Gordon’s properties are headquartered in North Carolina, UTV production had long been in Vietnam.

SST’s Long Beach weekend took place earlier in April. A week later, the Gordons won the Silver State 300.
