G Rally Team has officially completed its transition to KTM X-Bow Lab Team, the company announced Tuesday. Puck Klaassen will debut the new name at the Rallye du Maroc.

The KTM X-Bow sports car line was acquired last year by a consortium that included the de Mévius family. While Guillaume de Mévius races in the Ultimate class, he runs G Rally Team and oversees the construction of cars for the Challenger category like the OT3 and G-Ecko.

Prior to Morocco, the team had been fielding G-Eckos for Klaassen under the “KTM X-Bow powered by G Rally Team” banner. Charles Munster has also done the Dakar Rally and Rally-Raid Portugal for the X-Bow program.

In March, de Mévius confirmed the team will build UTVs under the X-Bow name for the SSV class.

Klaassen currently leads the W2RC standings in Challenger. Although she didn’t win any of the first three races, she scored two stage wins at Dakar and another pair at the latest round in Argentina.
